“Buttermilk” Pancakes (V, GF)

Ingredients

1 cup Namaste Perfect Blend Flour
2 tbsp White Sugar
1 tbsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
1 cup Good Karma Flax Milk
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

In a medium bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a medium liquid measuring cup, add milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture and whisk until smooth.

Let the batter rest 5 minutes.

Makes 4 big pancakes or 6 medium sized.
