We convert a significant portion of our profits and collected donations to combat food insecurity in Illinois and Chicago through our Ugly Noodle Community Initiative (UNCI).

Said another way, we donate free pasta and allergen friendly foods in neighborhoods with few grocery stores. Your donation today ensures our programs can thrive.
