We convert a significant portion of our profits and collected donations to combat food insecurity in the city of Chicago through our Ugly Noodle Community Initiative (UNCI).
Said another way, we grow free food in neighborhoods with no grocery stores and run skill share internships for adults impacted by homelessness in Chicago.
