Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You may need the receipt for proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please contact us if you receive damaged items so we can make it right for you: support@uglynood.com.
We cannot issue returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve processed a return, and refund. Refunds will be on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
