Pappardelle is typical of Tuscany. The name comes from the Italian verb ‘pappare’, which means ‘to gobble up’. Pappardelle is a wide flat pasta that works great with Bolognese sauce, seafood, or rustic vegetables and mushrooms in wine sauce.
Our 'long shape' pastas are weighed to 1lb before we start the drying process. They ship dried.
