This pasta shape was invented between 1914 and 1939. The name comes from a resemblance to old industrial heating radiators. Radiatori is typically served in soups, salads, or casseroles. Their ruffle shape works well with thick sauces and the hollow ridges trap sauce easily.
Gluten free, egg free, dairy free, nut free, and vegan. Fresh pasta cooks in 1-2 minutes. Dried pasta cooks in 8-12 minutes.
