Bigoli pasta originated in the Veneto Region of Italy. The name comes from a way to speak about a larger and rounder spaghetti shape – a bigolo. Our Bigoli is only available for pickup in store. We do not dry and ship it. Bigoli is typically served with a thick sauce and basil, perfect for slurping.
Gluten free, egg free, dairy free, nut free, and vegan. Fresh pasta cooks in 1-2 minutes. Dried pasta cooks in 8-12 minutes.
