Garganelli

Garganelli is a pasta typical of Bologna, Italy. The shape is similar to penne, but with an open ‘flap’ and not a seamless cylinder. Garganelli is typically served with ragù sauces.

Gluten free, egg free, dairy free, nut free, and vegan. Fresh pasta cooks in 1-2 minutes. Dried pasta cooks in 8-12 minutes.
