Gemelli

Gemelli pasta is made using an S shaped brass die that makes the pasta appear as if two tubes are wrapped around each other. Twins! Gemelli is typical for pasta salads or casseroles. The name comes from the word for ‘twins’ in Italian.

Gluten free, egg free, dairy free, nut free, and vegan. Fresh pasta cooks in 1-2 minutes. Dried pasta cooks in 8-12 minutes.
